Under warranty:
If your jewelry breaks or stretches within six months, it is still coverd by the warranty. You may return it along with the purchase reciept. For further instructions, please refer to our repair form, which you can download here.
Out of warranty:
If the six-month warranty period has expired, the following repair costs will apply:
These prices apply if all beads are still present. If beads are missing, the cost may be higher, based on our tiered pricing system. After a repair, your jewelry will again have a six-month warranty.

Custom sizing:
We also offer the option to resize various pieces of jewelry. The available options are:
· Increase/decrease basic rings €7.95
We recommend choosing a bracelet that is 1 cm larger than your wrist measurement for the best fit.
For example: if your wrist measures 18 cm when measured tightly, choose a bracelet size of 19 cm.

Once payment is completed, you may send the jewelry to us. After we receive it, we will notify you and perform the repair, enlargement, or reduction. We aim to return it within 5 working days so you can enjoy wearing your jewelry again.
