Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Ordered before 3pm from Monday to Friday, shipped the same day! Free shipping above 75 euros!

When we make a personalized piece of jewelry for you, the delivery time can be 2 working days, this is indicated in the description of the item in question.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 when the order value is below €75. Shipping costs are free for orders of €75 or more in NL. For other countries outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are calculated. These costs are subject to the quantity of the items ordered.

What should I do if my order is incorrect, damaged or incomplete?

If your order is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, always contact our customer service. Keep your order confirmation at hand so that our colleagues can help you quickly.

Warranty & Repair

How long is the warranty on my PScallme jewelry?

We have a warranty period of 6 months on our jewelry.

What should I do if my jewelry is broken?

Our jewelry is carefully composed, but is also delicate and subtle.

If you suspect that your jewelry breakage is the result of a manufacturing defect, or is broken within 6 months, you can return your jewelry for repair. The warranty for manufacturing defects is 6 months. You can easily register the repair of your jewelry via our care & repair page.

Repairs within the warranty are only accepted if the purchase date can be demonstrated with an original receipt.

My jewelry is broken and is no longer under warranty, what now?

If your jewelry is no longer under warranty, we still offer repair services. The out-of-warranty repairs include the repair that will restore your jewelry to its original appearance, as well as a new 6-month warranty. Then you can always use our paid repair service. With a valid proof of purchase you can enjoy our free repair services, but the warranty does not cover, for example, mistreatment of the jewelry but are not limited to surface scratches, color fading due to normal wear and tear, missing parts or damage due to misuse and therefore a small repair fee will be charged. Click here to register your repair online. For questions about your repair you can email info@pscallme.com. You will then receive an email with the possible costs for the repair and the steps you can take to pay for the repair and return it. Shipping costs for returning will not be reimbursed. Do you have a piece of jewelry that was purchased in one of our points of sale? Then it can be returned to the relevant store or to our Brandstore.

What should I do if I have lost my jewelry?

Always make sure that your bracelet does not slip off when taking off your clothing. Also always make sure that the clasp on your jewelry closes properly. If you do not place the clasp completely and correctly in the clasp, you may lose your jewelry.

Our 6-month warranty period does not cover loss or theft of items.

What should I do if my jewelry has discolored?

How long the plating of your jewelry will remain beautiful varies from person to person. The natural pH value of the skin (acidity) can cause discoloration. How quickly this happens can be influenced by alcohol consumption, medication use and perspiration, among other things.

Care

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in good condition and prevent damage from external influences, we recommend that you handle your jewelry with care, clean it and store it in a dry place. The more carefully you take care of your jewelry, the longer you can enjoy it.

Please note: we recommend that you do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or in another damp place.

How do I get my jewelry shiny again?

Exuberant signature cleaning foam for your jewelry.

Our Cleaning Foam is our customers’ favorite product to make your jewelry shine again. The foam is a special blend of bio-based substances that melt together into a foam to efficiently break down the daily build-up of dirt and easily rinse it away, leaving nothing but sparkle and shine behind. The foam is dispensed via a pump foamer, so there are no nasty propellants that damage our ozone layer.

Exchanges and returns

How can I return my order?

If the ordered item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return your order within 14 days after the invoice date.

Returning is very easy: Fill in the return form completely and send it with the return shipment. Put the following return address on the packaging:

PScallme, Koninginnelaan 93, 7315 BP Apeldoorn

Drop your package at a post office and have your return shipment sufficiently stamped.

Please note: Always keep the proof of shipment of the return shipment until the return shipment has been fully processed. Without a valid proof of shipment, no investigation can be started if the package is lost. This is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage during transport or no (timely) delivery of your return shipment.

If you have received a free item (gift) with your order, you must also return it unopened and complete. Have you ordered multiple items and are you not returning everything? Then it applies that the jewelry you keep must meet the minimum order value of the campaign conditions to keep the free item. If it does not meet that, you must return the free item otherwise the return shipment will not be processed.

Fill out the return form completely and include it with the return shipment.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Your return will be assessed for completeness upon receipt at our office. When this process is completed, you will receive a confirmation from us. The refund will then be processed as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the return. You will receive the refund in the same way as you paid for the order.

Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I exchange or return my PScallme jewelry that I bought in a store online?

No, purchases made through a PScallme sales point cannot be returned via the webshop, this must be done via the relevant PScallme sales point.

What payment methods does PScallme use?

At PScallme you can pay 100% safely in the following ways:

Paying with a Visa or MasterCard credit card at PScallme: easy and safe. Your data is encrypted and therefore sent securely. Both Visa and MasterCard ask for the password of your credit card.

Bancontact / Mister Cash

We have this payment option for our Belgian customers. With this you pay the outstanding amount for your order directly and in a safe way.

Afterpay/Riverty

Afterpay is a payment method that gives you the option to pay the costs for your order later. The maximum term for this is 14 days.

AfterPay carries out the entire post-payment process for PScallme. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via e-mail to pay for the purchased product(s). To approve your request to pay, AfterPay carries out a data check. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. If your request for payment is unexpectedly not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method. For more information, please refer to the consumer section of the AfterPay website.

Please note! Afterpay is separate from PScallme. This means that when you choose Afterpay, the payment will also be processed through them. If you have any questions about this, you can contact Afterpay customer service. If PScallme indicates that the delivery time may take a little longer than you are normally used to from us, the same Afterpay rules will still apply. You will then still have 14 days to pay. Please take this into account and pay your bill on time to avoid an increase! PScallme does not guarantee this.

How can I see if I have paid?

Once the order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.

Do I need an account to order?

No, it is not mandatory to create a customer account to order on www.pscallme.com

We do recommend this for faster processing of questions, staying up to date with the latest trends and managing all your orders in one place. You can easily create an account via my account.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, you should always contact our customer service via: +31850047966. They will always try to process the changes and/or cancellation.

Please note: If the change or cancellation is reported too late, the (possible) additional costs are for your own account.

I have not received an order confirmation yet?

If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your SPAM box if you have not received anything yet.

If you have not received the order confirmation after half an hour and the email has not ended up in the SPAM box, please contact our customer service via: info@pscallme.com or +31850047966.

What is the status of my order?
