Returns
How can I return my order?
For items ordered via our webshop:
Is there an item you would like to return? No problem! You can return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Of course, you may open the order, inspect the contents, and try it on, but please ensure that the products you return are unused and complete, with the original packaging and warranty labels. We cannot accept used products or items without the original packaging and warranty labels.

Print out the return form and fill it in.
Don’t have a printer? Then write your reason for the return on the packing slip you received with your order and include it with your return. -
Pack your products along with the completed return form in the same packaging you received your order in and send your package to:

Drop off your package at a shipping point and ensure your shipment is sufficiently prepaid. We are not responsible for any damage during transport or if your return shipment is not delivered. We therefore recommend, especially for higher order values, that you insure your shipment and keep the proof of postage. You may also bring the package personally to our Brandstore in Apeldoorn, free of charge. Return shipments by post are at your own expense.
Refund for returns
Once we have received your return, we aim to process it within 10 business days. As soon as your return has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Please keep your proof of return until the return has been fully processed and your refund has been received. Once the return has been processed, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days. The refund will be credited to the account used to pay for the order.
Additional information
Please note: some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For example, earrings and perfume products cannot be returned.
For products purchased in the Brandstore:

Return to the store within 14 days with your purchase receipt.

You may exchange the item directly in consultation, or you will receive a store credit.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you can return it free of charge. Please contact our customer service via email so they can provide you with a free return option. Send an email with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item to info@pscallme.com.
