If the postal service cooperates, you will often receive your order within the Netherlands as early as the next day. No problem – returning your item is simple and straightforward with us.You can easily register your return through our returns portal, which you can find at the bottom of our website under the section ‘Returns’. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that occur during normal use. If a piece of jewelry breaks or stretches within this 6-month period, it falls under warranty. In that case, there are no costs involved, and you can return the item together with the proof of purchase after registering it via our returns portal. After a repair, the 6-month warranty period starts again. If the jewelry breaks after the 6-month warranty period, the warranty expires and any repair costs will be at your own expense.
