If the postal service cooperates, you will often receive your order within the Netherlands as early as the next day. For orders of €75 or more, shipping is free. For other countries outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are higher and vary depending on the destination. The actual delivery time will almost never exceed the stated timeframe by more than one week, unless force majeure applies. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that occur during normal use. If a piece of jewelry breaks or stretches within this 6-month period, it falls under warranty. In that case, there are no costs involved, and you can return the item together with the proof of purchase after registering it via our returns portal. After a repair, the 6-month warranty period starts again. If the jewelry breaks after the 6-month warranty period, the warranty expires and any repair costs will be at your own expense.
