If we are making a personalized piece of jewelry for you, the delivery time may take up to 2 working days.We aim to ship your order the same working day whenever possible. If the postal service cooperates, you will often receive your order within the Netherlands as early as the next day. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that occur during normal use. If a piece of jewelry breaks or stretches within this 6-month period, it falls under warranty. In that case, there are no costs involved, and you can return the item together with the proof of purchase after registering it via our returns portal. After a repair, the 6-month warranty period starts again. If the jewelry breaks after the 6-month warranty period, the warranty expires and any repair costs will be at your own expense.
